Global travel platform leader IT department looking for an IT-Support and Systems Administrator (m/f/d) who knows how to manage, improve and support the local and global setup of the Client.
- Internal user and right management;
- 2nd Level and end user hardware support;
- 3rd party applications support and training (Microsoft, Office 365, Atlassian, Zoom);
- Work closely with the Citrix team, manage and improve our Citrix Farm;
- Be in charge of our collaboration’s platforms Zoom / Teams;
- Administration of our enterprise phone system;
- Remote connectivity and security platforms management (end user vpn, zScaler);
- Mobile device Management with Intune;
- Working on IT projects;
- Door access management;
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners, coordination of tasks to external provider.
- Several years of working experience in support and systems administration;
- Basic experience with O365 / Azure / Exchange online infrastructure;
- Expertise system monitoring, maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting;
- Passion to proactively and constantly improve status-quo on all levels;
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team;
- Willingness to take over responsibility and to gain expertise on new technologies;
- Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions;
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources;
- Fluency English, spoken and written.
- Familiar with Citrix products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or comparable.
