Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team to help develop and manage our Business Central system. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Business Central and will have a strong understanding of core financial processes. The candidate should also have experience in migrating financial systems to Business Central and in successfully developing and rolling out new functionalities as required by the business.

The development team works within the Information Management Department (IMD), which plays a key role at Intellias in the development of the company. IMD drives and manages corporate change management, process improvement, and automation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration of the financial system to Business Central, working with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and internal business objectives.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of product features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, UX/UI design, and QA, to ensure the product meets customer needs and quality standards.
  • Develop user stories and use cases to describe the functionality required for a particular feature or product.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and other forms of user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Develop product roadmaps and release plans and communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the development team, setting expectations and ensuring that they are aligned with product objectives.
  • Ensure the successful development and roll-out of any new functionality required by the business.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product ownership or product management.
  • Knowledge and experience with core financial processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in developing user stories and use cases to capture user requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • English: Upper-intermediate and higher.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.
Higher Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
