Project Overview:

The role will report into the Head of Cyber Security and will support the attainment of the security requirements of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct penetration tests and risk assessments in an automotive environment;
Help ensure products are implemented to a high security standard;
Work with teams to implement, identify and advance security;
Work with Intellias and client’s teams and external suppliers to drive remediation;
Audit embedded code to identify security vulnerabilities;
Analysis of communication between the head unit and control units Ethernet, CAN bus, radio channels etc.;
In-depth hardware and software-based tests on ECU, Interfaces, and Infrastructure;
Conduct research to identify new attack vectors against products and services;
Develop security related tooling for security and engineering teams;
Conduct research to identify new attack vectors against products and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
Experience in Automotive Security;
Hardware and software experience with Electronic Control Units and Microcontrollers;
Deep understanding of Automotive connectivity and HW interfaces;
Experience with security testing methodologies and tools;
Strong investigative and analytical problem-solving skills;
Penetration testing experience;
Proficient in software development, auditing code and features;
Understand secure development lifecycles;
Security expertise in one or more of: C, C++, x86, ARM, CAN, cryptography, exploit development.
