Project Overview:

The client is an internationally operating service provider for information technologies and digital transformation. One of the biggest client's focuses is digitalization in the automotive industry, especially, for autonomous and connected cars domains.

The client develops ECU and networking for a wide range of carmakers and needs support with the security validation of its products.

Responsibilities:

The conception of vehicle security measures based on UNECE WP29 R155 regulations;
Planning of in-vehicle cyber security requirements;
Support of security product development processes;
Validation of risk handling;
Documentation of security artifacts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
Must have hardware and software experience with Electronic Control Units and Microcontrollers, AUTOSAR experience;
Proficient in software development, auditing code, and features;
Good knowledge of the different vehicle buses (CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet) and control unit communication;
Knowledge of security concepts for vehicle networks;
Knowledge of risk analysis for embedded devices;
Knowledge of UNECE WP29 or ISO21434 regulations;
Experience with security testing methodologies and tools;
Strong investigative and analytical problem-solving skills;
Understand secure development lifecycles;
Security expertise in one or more of C, C++, x86, ARM, CAN, cryptography, exploit development.
