Project Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned executive with a strong background in IT Systems and Processes, who will provide vision and leadership in implementing information technology initiatives, to further develop IT Systems and Processes as one of the key drivers in executing ambitious Intellias business strategy. Operating as a trusted member of the Senior Leadership team, the candidate will report directly to Intellias CEO.

The candidate will shape and implement the Enterprise IT strategy in support of business operations to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and cross-functional cooperation. Leading the department, he/she will be responsible for all aspects of Intellias information technology and systems, including enterprise architecture, systems and applications development, maintenance and integration, business process analysis, data analytics, IT infrastructure and operations, knowledge management, business continuity, and information security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an IT strategy that leverages information technology to support Intellias business strategy;
Provide a strong leadership to the Information Management team inspiring people by example to build an agile, innovative and highly efficient culture;
Enhance the governance model for information management to improve operational efficiency and innovation;
Build a strong partnership with senior management and other stakeholders to successfully run business and information technology transformation initiatives;
Be a visionary and entrepreneur able to seek opportunities for adding value with IT using data, existing and emerging technologies, and capabilities across Intellias;
Be an organizational advocate for agile methods, continuous integration, and simplified governance;
Deploy a broad range of measures to monitor, analyze and increase IT performance;
Enhance BI capabilities to introduce data-driven decision-making culture;
Develop and track annual IT operating and capital budgets;
Guide Senior Leadership team in the use of IT and contribute to business performance at the strategic level.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in information systems and technology;
5+ years of experience on leadership positions;
Strong business acumen combined with knowledge of operations, organizational business strategy, and modern technology trends;
Successful experience in leading major transformational programs in enterprises;
Service orientation;
Ability to architect technology solutions that work;
Organizational agility and understanding stakeholder varying goals and needs;
Strategic thinker able to analyze the long-term impact of IT decisions supported with facts and data;
Experience in building strong partnerships, both inside and outside the organization, ability to interact with senior executives and influence decisions;
Capable of leading and mentoring colleagues in the team environment where collaboration, engagement, and knowledge transfer are critical;
Deep understanding of Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Product Management, UX Design;
Advanced English, excellent communication and presentation skills;
MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or equivalent engineering area; additional education in business or finance would be an advantage;
Profound expertise in governance, processes, organizational structure, and financial management in large IT outsourcing company will be a plus.
