Project Overview:

Project:

Smart Tracker and Quote Automation tool are web application written in Java which provide asset, contract, renewals, and other insights for customer purchases of CISCO products and support agreements. The information is retrieved by calling CISCO public APIs and augmented with order and contact information from CDW. It is similar to asset hub but with a lot more depth and only for CISCO products and orders which tend to be very complex and convoluted when it comes to renewal agreements.

Responsibilities:

Implement automated solutions for various testing requirements;
Play a key role in expanding our existing automation capability for increased test coverage;
Review and improve existing automation approach;
Create and maintain test artifacts including test data for regression testing and automation;
Participate in manual test creation / execution;
Track quality assurance metrics and report test results periodically to provide clarity and transparency in all the deliverables;
Improve the overall platform quality;
Collaborate closely with the software development, support, project management and business teams;
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements:

Solid experience with back-end test automation using Jmeter or similar;
3+ years of experience as AQA and not less than 2 years with java;
Experience with JMeter;
Experience with cloud platforms, Azure is preferred (optional).

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience using TOSCA or similar tool testing Java web apps and APIs or willingness to learn this tool;
Software Development Life Cycle - Scrum. Experience with SAFe is a big plus.
